TAKING  A STAND FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

RICHARD FROM EVE PRODUCTS:

Richard is Taking A Stand against 9–5 customer service. Many modern businesses operate outside standard working hours, like Eve Products’ customer who called in a panic after realising the bars on their stand were wrong. Rather than argue or ignore the late evening distress call, Eve Products simply got the courier to deliver new ones the following morning. 

That’s because they believe that even if their customer calls with a problem outside of standard working hours, they’ll do everything they can to offer a solution whether it’s 10am or 10pm.

PHILIPPE FROM PROMOTOR DISPLAYS:

Philippe is Taking A Stand against suppliers who don't act on feedback. Promotor can proudly say that 80% of their design is driven by their customers. Promotor listen and are always open to new suggestions that may make their product even more efficient for their customer. Promotor value all opinions and know that, as users of the products, they can help to shape the future of the promotional displays market.
